We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to work closely with the Payroll Supervisor and Manager to process payroll bi-weekly for all areas of the company

Payroll Specialist Benefits:

·Competitive base salary in the $55 to $80k range

·A Hybrid workweek of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, if desired — work-life balance

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in any field of study

·3-4 years of experience processing payroll – hospitality/food service preferred

·Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

·Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.

·Strong working knowledge of Dayforce is preferred.

·Experience working with non-exempt payroll including multiple jobs/rates as well as tips: preferred

Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

·Communicate needs proactively and partners with the Payroll Department to apply solutions

·Maintains Dayforce ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll-thoroughly

·Completes data entry of manual time logs, vacation requests, and off cycle checks

·Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates and changes

·Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

·Verifies and maintains new hire reporting to the Social Security Administration
